LOT Network BRIDGE will offer both in-person and virtual options throughout our event this year, to accommodate individuals’ preferences and circumstances. For our in-person participants, we will be following CDC, California and San Francisco County Public Health orders.

Compliance with event safety protocols

All precautions and protocols have been put in place for everyone’s well-being. Non-compliance to these protocols may forfeit your registration to the event.

Before the event

If you experience any of the following symptoms within 72 hours of the event date, please do not attend the in-person event. By default, all registrants will have access to the virtual event link.

Symptoms Watchlist:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

At the Event

We will comply with public health orders in order to optimize the safety of our participants. As of August 2, 2021, San Francisco Department of Health has mandated indoor masking for all individuals in order to limit the transmission risk of COVID-19. Please wear a well-fitted mask when in indoor public spaces at the event, unless actively eating or drinking.

We will maintain a maximum capacity and density of participants in accordance with relevant official government and regional guidance, along with any current social distancing protocols being implemented at the venue.

If during the event you show COVID-19 symptoms (or symptoms on the watchlist listed above), please immediately notify an event staff member on-site or send an email to events@lotnet.com.
